Introduction and Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and yt99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the yt99 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services. Players found to have breached the fair-use rules will not be entitled to recover any funds held in suspended accounts.
